This is my idea of an ending to Frozen. Is it the real ending? I doubt it but this was fun to writer either way. Sorry it’s so long and sorry for any grammatical mistakes.
"Three cheers for Princess Anna and Princess Elsa!"
The kingdom of Arendelle erupted into a sea of waving arms and booming sounds of rejoice. Their princesses were safe and the curse was lifted. Spring would return once more to their icy lands. Who knew how long they had all been cast into the winter atmosphere but they knew they would be there for much longer. Everything seemed right in the world.
Anna couldn’t blame any of them for celebrating. Already she could feel the warm air returning and she herself was jumping for joy, but not so much for the anticipation of spring but more for the fact that her dear sister was safe and home where she belonged. It had been an incredible journey filled with turmoil and events that strengthened her in more ways than one. However she couldn’t have done it alone.
Kristoff stared up the steps at the crowd, surrounding its royals, a proud smile spread across his lips. For once in his life, he had done something for someone else. His gaze settled upon Anna. Though she was hard to see he continued to stare longingly at what he knew he could never had. She was a princess. He was a mere ice harvester with nothing to give. The longer he stared at her, the more his heart sank as while Anna practically glowed with the distant warmth of spring, Kristoff was retreating back into his icy state.
"Alright! It’s time to party!", Olaf exclaimed, attempting to dance on Sven’s back. Kristoff remained still, his gaze never leaving Anna. That is until he sighed heavily and shook his head. "No Olaf. You…go on ahead. I’m going home." Sven grunted in protest, stamping his hoof on the ground as Kristoff turned to take his rein. "We don’t belong here, you know that." The reindeer lowered his head, not wanting to believe his owners words but knew he had a point. The tiny snowman jumped off the reindeer’s back, waddling over to Kristoff with a concerned look on his face. "Butbutbut what about Anna?! Don’t you lo-" "Bye Olaf." Without another word, Kristoff and Sven wandered off through the crowd, heading straight for home.
The princess Anna stood on her tip toes, gazing through the crowd, searching for those who helped her along her journey. “Kristoff?” Her eyes narrowed, seeing the familiar figure disappearing in the distance. “KRISTOFF!” Anna pushed through the crowd, desperately trying to break free from their excitement. As she reached the outskirts of her kingdom…he was gone.
"Princess!" Anna turned her head, seeing Olaf running up to her. "He’s gone. He went home. He said he….didn’t belong." Anna shook her head, not wanting to believe those words. Not wanting to believe he left without saying goodbye. She stood up tall, staring off into the mountains with her hands clasped over her heart. It hurt….feeling like it was made of ice, crushing her heart from the outside in. "Kristoff…."
"Hate is such a strong word"
I know, that’s why I use it
